Privacy Notice
Data protection law requires an organisation to be transparent about their data processing activities. This is achieved by providing individuals with a privacy notice providing information of how their personal data is collected, used, stored and whom it is shared with. It also provides the lawful basis for the data processing activities, what rights are available to an individual and details of how to raise any concerns to an organisation’s Data Protection Officer.
