Norfolk Heart Trust
Since its inception in 1994, the Norfolk Heart Trust has raised around £2 million to improve cardiology services in Norfolk. Its £1 million Balloons4Hearts appeal allowed the development of the PCI service and its Sparks4Hearts appeal has so far raised nearly £400,000 to start an EP/rhythm ablation service. It has also funded many other pieces of equipment that are essential in allowing us to help our patients and help train staff. The Chairman is Dr Iain Brooksby, Treasurer Dr Tony Page and Secretary Tanya Moon.
A team of cardiology staff, known as “The Arrhythmics”, run the annual Norwich Half Marathon and have so far raised £2,668 for Norfolk Heart Trust.
Donations to the Norfolk Heart Trust (registered charity # 1042644) are always welcome and are essential to enable us to continue developing our service.
