Shops
WH Smith
WH Smith is next to the entrance to West Out-patients.

WRVS
The WRVS shop is on Level 1 of the East Atrium and is open from 8am to 8pm weekdays and 10am to 6pm at weekends.
Stock Shop
A women’s fashion shop, located on Level 2 of the West Atrium, open 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and 10.30am to 4pm on Saturdays.
Restaurants and Coffee shops
The main hospital restaurant, in the West Atrium, Level 1, serves hot and cold meals and drinks from 7am to 1am, seven days a week.

Coffee House is in WH Smith and is open Monday to Friday 7am to 6.30pm, Saturday 9am to 4.30pm and Sunday 9am to 3.30pm.
Our coffee shop in the East Out-patients reception area and Costa in the West Out-patients reception area are open between 7am and 6pm.
The Pod, outside the entrance to East Out-patients, is open 7am to 8pm on weekdays and on Saturday from 9am to 6pm.

Outdoor Charity Café
Located next to the patient car parks G and H, near east outpatients. The café is open 7.30am to 4pm, Monday to Friday and 8am to 2pm on Saturday. The café offers a wide range of refreshments and snacks.
The Charity Café is run on behalf of the Norfolk and Norwich Hospitals Charity, with every purchase supporting even better care for NNUH patients.
NHS staff are eligible for a 20% discount before 9am and 10% all day.
Vending machines
There are vending machines in waiting and reception areas supplying hot and cold drinks as well as snacks.
Wi-fi
There is free public wi-fi across the hospital for patients and visitors. Select the “NNUHT Public WiFi” network, create an account and register with a username and password to log in.
Toilets and baby changing facilities
We have toilets in all public areas. A number are single cubicles which can be used by men or women. Toilets designed for people with disabilities carry the disabled sign and can also be used by anyone. There are baby changing rooms in a number of locations – ask reception staff for directions to the nearest.
Children’s play area
We’ve an outdoor children’s playground next to the Jenny Lind Children’s Hospital on Level 2 of the West block. It has safety flooring and is designed for children under the age of 10. Children must be supervised at all times by a parent or carer.
Payphones and postboxes
We have public payphones in all the main reception/waiting areas. These provide free phone access to a local taxi service. There are also payphones in all day rooms. Royal Mail postboxes can be found outside the West Out-patient entrance and one on Level 2 of the East Atrium.
